Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Sales Associate to serve as a Brand Ambassador in its Istanbul retail location. Reporting directly to store management, the successful candidate will guide customers through the sales process, build client loyalty, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. The role encompasses product knowledge, effective sales techniques, visual merchandising standards compliance, and inventory management across the Calvin Klein assortment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, accompanying customers throughout the sales process and building long-term client relationships
- Engage with an international customer base to communicate PVH product offerings and brand values
- Employ effective sales techniques to achieve designated sales targets
- Maintain and enhance the store's reputation and corporate image while fostering a professional and motivational work environment
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld throughout the sales floor
- Monitor stock levels in sales areas, replenish merchandise as needed, and ensure full product and size assortment availability
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar retail role within the fashion or luxury goods sector
- Dynamic personality with strong operational and organizational capabilities
- Polished appearance and professional presentation standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work shift schedules, particularly weekends
