Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all customers, using needs-based upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate product benefits persuasively to customers.

• Apply the sales process guidelines of the Retail Sales Academy when interacting with customers.
• Reliably replenish merchandise and operate the register while ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• Keep merchandise organized and follow inventory management guidelines.
• Support loss-prevention measures through attentive conduct in the store and by reporting relevant observations.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
