Part-time sales associate role at Calvin Klein's Gilroy retail location, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The position encompasses floor sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cashiering, with emphasis on customer engagement and brand storytelling to drive store performance and uphold brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer interactions with genuine product knowledge and brand enthusiasm to inspire purchases and foster long-term brand loyalty
• Maintain visual presentation and brand standards across the sales floor, including product processing, restocking, and merchandising alignment with Calvin Klein's design vision
• Execute point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, and back-of-house operations to support smooth store operations
• Represent Calvin Klein's minimalist and sensual brand perspective through personal style and authentic communication with customers
• Contribute to overall store sales targets and business performance through consultative selling and customer relationship building

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred but training provided for qualified candidates
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holiday periods

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.90 to USD 21.40 per hour.
