Temporary part-time sales associate position at Calvin Klein's retail location in Chesterfield, Missouri. The role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences while embodying the brand's minimalist aesthetic, conducting floor operations including processing, restocking and cashiering, and maintaining visual merchandising standards under store management guidance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine, energetic welcomes and build brand connection through authentic conversations that inspire sales
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate the brand's unique design philosophy to customers
• Execute floor operations including processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and cashiering in accordance with brand standards
• Maintain visual merchandising displays and store presentation aligned with Calvin Klein's minimalist design vision
• Perform inventory management tasks including organizing and categorizing merchandise
• Model brand values including inclusivity, uniqueness and teamwork while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 pounds
• Friendly, organized demeanor with strong time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
