The position demands a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional brand experiences, showcase the label's minimalist aesthetic, and drive sales floor engagement. Responsibilities encompass customer service excellence, product knowledge, visual merchandising, point-of-sale operations, and inventory management, working collaboratively with store management to maintain Calvin Klein's brand standards and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer interactions with genuine product expertise and brand passion to cultivate lasting customer relationships
• Showcase Calvin Klein's minimalist and sensual design philosophy through compelling product presentations and styling consultations
• Execute visual merchandising, restocking, processing, and cashiering duties in alignment with brand vision and operational standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy to support seamless store operations
• Embody brand values through professional demeanor, inclusion, and commitment to team-oriented goals

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 14.81 to USD 17.48 per hour.
