Calvin Klein is opening a brand-new outlet store in Calexico, California and seeks talented, driven sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting the brand's iconic minimalist aesthetic. This part-time retail role encompasses customer engagement, brand representation, visual merchandising, and operational support under the guidance of store management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing genuine welcomes and engaging conversations that inspire purchases and strengthen brand loyalty
- Showcase Calvin Klein's unique and timeless fashion collections to customers, positioning the brand as a lifestyle choice
- Execute visual merchandising, merchandise processing, restocking, and cash handling in accordance with brand standards and visual guidelines
- Maintain a positive team environment by demonstrating pride, commitment, and passion for the brand while embracing diversity and collaborative values
- Support overall store operations and contribute to achieving store business objectives under management guidance
Qualifications
- Friendliness, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management
- Genuine enthusiasm and energy for retail sales and brand representation
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
