Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the retail floor at its Vacaville location. The role combines floor sales, visual merchandising, cash processing, and restocking duties while embodying the brand's minimalist aesthetic and sensual design philosophy. The successful candidate will engage customers authentically, build brand loyalty, and contribute to store operations under management guidance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with genuine warmth, initiating conversations that inspire purchases and deepen brand connection
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Calvin Klein's seasonal collections and timeless designs
• Execute sales floor duties including processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards aligned with brand vision
• Process customer transactions at point-of-sale, handling cash and payment methods accurately
• Maintain store presentation through restocking, organizing displays, and upholding Calvin Klein's visual merchandising standards
• Support store operations and team initiatives under Store Management direction
• Embody brand values of inclusion, uniqueness, and teamwork in all customer and colleague interactions

Qualifications

• Proven friendliness and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Prior retail experience preferred but willingness to develop skills through training
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 pounds regularly

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for candidates without previous retail background.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.90 to USD 21.40 per hour.
