The Sales Advisor represents Calvin Klein to customers, delivering tailored advice and memorable in-store experiences while supporting sales, client loyalty and daily store operations. This is a stage (internship) position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist and advise each customer throughout their in-store journey, identify their needs and recommend suitable products to develop sales.
- Build strong product knowledge and communicate product features effectively.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience and relay customer feedback to the management team to support continuous improvement in the store.
- Participate in daily store operations, including replenishment, checkout and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Help organise stock in collaboration with the dedicated team.
- Support loss prevention by remaining vigilant and reporting any unusual situations.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and pride.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive working environment focused on continuous learning.
