A part-time Sales Associate position at Calvin Klein's retail location in San Marcos, Texas. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic, while driving sales and maintaining visual standards. The Associate will manage floor operations including customer engagement, product knowledge, restocking, cashiering, and visual merchandising under the guidance of store management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine warmth and product knowledge to inspire purchases and build lasting brand loyalty
• Maintain expert knowledge of Calvin Klein's fashion collections and communicate the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view to customers
• Process sales transactions, restock merchandise, and manage cashiering duties in alignment with brand visual standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and organizational standards while processing inventory and managing floor displays
• Support overall store operations and contribute to achieving business targets under store management direction
• Embody brand values of inclusion, teamwork, and commitment in all customer and colleague interactions

Qualifications

• Friendliness, strong organizational skills, and effective time management
• Genuine passion and energy for shared goals and brand values
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry items up to 20 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as required

Skills

Experience

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to qualified candidates without previous retail background.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
