Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Advisor for its Roermond Jeans outlet to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance. The role requires a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge to build professional relationships with customers, provide outfit guidance, resolve inquiries, and maintain high in-store standards through exemplary service, store maintenance, and KPI achievement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and professional engagement
• Serve as first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through personalized assistance
• Provide outfit styling recommendations and make informed product suggestions tailored to customer needs
• Assess customer requirements and communicate product features and benefits clearly
• Drive store KPIs and suggest continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization standards are upheld
