An internship opportunity with PVH Corporation's Calvin Klein brand in Milan, focusing on casual menswear and womenswear retail operations. The Sales Associate intern will develop product knowledge across the Calvin Klein collection, cultivate international clientele through targeted sales techniques, support store management in achieving individual and store-level sales targets, and maintain visual merchandising standards. This role combines hands-on retail experience with structured training through PVH University and exposure to an international, inclusive brand environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and retain an international customer base through specialized sales techniques and consultative selling approaches
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and communicate accurate, detailed product information to customers
- Collaborate with store management to achieve individual and store-level sales objectives
- Maintain point-of-sale display materials and replenish stock inventory according to store standards
