Calvin Klein seeks an energetic Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the retail floor while embodying the brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic. The role combines customer engagement, visual merchandising, and operational support to drive store success and foster meaningful brand connections with customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine warmth and expertise, translating product knowledge into inspiring conversations that drive sales and build lasting brand loyalty
• Execute visual merchandising and restocking tasks in alignment with Calvin Klein's brand vision and store standards
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and contribute to behind-the-scenes operational tasks that maintain smooth store function
• Embody the brand's values of inclusion, uniqueness and teamwork, radiating passion and commitment to colleagues and customers alike

Qualifications

• Demonstrated friendly demeanor, strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required; training provided
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.13 to USD 21.63 per hour.
