Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Livingston outlet location in the United Kingdom. The role represents a key position in delivering exceptional in-store experiences that embody the brand's bold, progressive aesthetic and seductive minimalism. The Sales Associate will serve as the primary customer touchpoint, driving brand representation while maintaining the high service standards essential to Calvin Klein's retail success.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive, knowledgeable assistance
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and discount authorization requests
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and function as a brand ambassador both on and off the shop floor
• Build and maintain professional, lasting relationships with customers through authentic engagement
• Provide outfit recommendations and styling assistance while identifying upselling opportunities
• Assess customer needs and provide detailed information on product features and fit
• Drive store key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively suggest operational improvements
• Maintain shop and stockroom presentation, organization, and merchandising standards

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality environments
