Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all customers, using needs-based cross-selling techniques to increase sales.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and persuasively communicate product benefits to customers.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and share relevant feedback with management.
• Follow the Retail Sales Academy sales-process guidelines when interacting with customers.
• Reliably replenish merchandise and operate the cash register, while ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Keep merchandise organized and comply with inventory-management guidelines.
• Support loss-prevention measures through attentive conduct in the store and by reporting relevant concerns.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Promote teamwork, inclusion and continuous learning.
• Remain open to innovation and company initiatives, and actively contribute to shared goals.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
