Role & Responsibilities

• Follows the Retail Sales Academy sales-process guidelines when interacting with customers.
• Reliably replenishes merchandise and operates the cash register while ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• Keeps merchandise organized and follows inventory-management guidelines.
• Supports loss-prevention measures through attentiveness on the sales floor and by reporting relevant concerns.
• Embodies enthusiasm for the brand and professionalism.
• Promotes teamwork, inclusion and continuous learning.
• Is receptive to innovation and company initiatives and actively contributes to shared goals.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
