Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Calvin Klein premium lifestyle brand authentically to customers and colleagues
- Provide personalized, professional consultation to customers in the premium segment and create an exceptional shopping experience
- Execute competent sales of collections and actively build relationships with loyal and new customers
- Work independently and collaboratively within the sales team
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team and participate in merchandise presentation and store displays
- Process cash transactions and handle customer complaints and returns
Qualifications
- Prior experience in textile retail or premium fashion sales (preferred)
