PVH seeks a part-time retail sales associate for its Calvin Klein outlet store in Berlin. The successful candidate will represent the premium lifestyle brand, deliver personalized customer service in the premium segment, and drive sales of the collections through confident product knowledge and authentic engagement. Responsibilities include brand representation, inventory management, cash handling, and collaboration with the visual merchandising team to maintain compelling product presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Calvin Klein premium lifestyle brand authentically to customers and colleagues
- Provide personalized, professional consultation to customers in the premium segment and create an exceptional shopping experience
- Execute competent sales of collections and actively build relationships with loyal and new customers
- Work independently and collaboratively within the sales team
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team and participate in merchandise presentation and store displays
- Process cash transactions and handle customer complaints and returns
Qualifications
- Prior experience in textile retail or premium fashion sales (preferred)
- High sales affinity and customer engagement ability
- Motivating, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Team player with hands-on mentality
