Calvin Klein seeks a Retail Supervisor for its Roosendaal Outlet location in the Netherlands to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will oversee daily shop floor activities, support the management team across personnel and merchandising functions, and inspire staff to exceed targets while embodying the brand's values of authenticity, inclusivity, and progressive design leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profitability
- Support management team in overseeing all personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff gatherings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team while delivering exemplary customer experiences
- Foster consistent positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and equitably
- Support team in executing business strategy with consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards for personal sales results including sales versus budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing operations
- Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Build repeat customer base by ensuring staff provide unparalleled service to all patrons
- Execute and review visual merchandising best practices for sales floor and back room consistency
- Collaborate with management to develop talent pipeline for key positions and potential successors
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within premium or luxury retail brands
