Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales performance and profitability
• Support management team in overseeing personnel, product merchandising functions, and business processes
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating team performance while delivering exemplary customer journeys
• Foster consistently positive store environment by treating customers and colleagues with fairness and respect
• Support team delivery of business strategy through comprehensive product knowledge and store maintenance training
• Achieve company standards for personal sales metrics including sales versus budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor management
• Emphasize importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
• Ensure accountability for building repeat customer base through spirited, unparalleled service delivery
• Execute and review visual merchandising directives to maintain consistent presentation standards
• Collaborate with management team to build talent pipeline for key positions and succession planning

• Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury retail brands
• Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
