Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales performance and profitability
- Support management team in overseeing personnel, product merchandising functions, and business processes
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating team performance while delivering exemplary customer journeys

- Ensure accountability for building repeat customer base through spirited, unparalleled service delivery
- Execute and review visual merchandising directives to maintain consistent presentation standards
