Calvin Klein is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its Dundrum store to support store management, lead shop-floor performance and deliver strong customer service, sales and profit. The role includes team coaching, visual merchandising execution, store operations and sales targets. Part-time.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operation of the shop floor to deliver the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team with personnel, product and merchandising functions, store processes and results.
• Participate in weekly management and other staff meetings.
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop-floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team while delivering an exemplary customer journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
• Support delivery of the business strategy and ensure consistent team training in product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Meet company standards and goals for personal sales results, including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and manage store opening and closing, as well as the sales floor.
• Emphasize the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers.
• Hold staff accountable for building a repeat customer base through unparalleled, spirited service.
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising directives and “door to floor” best practices across the sales floor and back room, reviewing them regularly for consistency.
• Work with the management team to develop a talent pool for key positions, including potential successors.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
• Previous people-management experience, with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• A team-oriented approach that recognizes and celebrates others’ contributions and achievements.
• Confidence in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
• Energy, authenticity and a clear presence on the shop floor.
• A can-do approach and initiative in finding in-store solutions.

Experience

Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand, and previous people-management experience.
