Calvin Klein seeks a Retail Supervisor for its Cambridge store to lead shop floor operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role requires supervising a team, managing merchandising and sales targets, and maintaining elevated retail standards through inspirational leadership and brand advocacy. Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve optimal customer service, sales, and profitability
- Lead and manage store personnel across all merchandising, product, and business functions
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings to communicate strategy and promotions
- Drive sales performance by motivating the team to exceed store targets while delivering exemplary customer journeys
- Foster a positive, fair, and consistent store environment for all customers and colleagues
