Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales excellence at a flagship location. The candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of sales associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic, and execute strategic business initiatives to achieve top-line revenue targets and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Conduct strategic business analysis and communicate opportunities to senior leadership
• Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and RFID management
• Implement visual merchandising standards and brand standards across the sales floor
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and talent development of store personnel
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols
• Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company budget and policy
• Build brand connection through customer engagement and authentic storytelling

Qualifications

• Proven Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience with documented team management responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve complex operational issues in real-time
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for luxury fashion and the Calvin Klein brand aesthetic
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a Store Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within retail or luxury goods, with demonstrated responsibilities for team development, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Education

Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 95,000 per annum.
