Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement to inspire sales and strengthen brand loyalty
- Direct day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and sales floor management

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role with demonstrated team development responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example and think strategically
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to resolve complex operational issues in real-time
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
