Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experience that embodies Calvin Klein's minimalist and sensual brand philosophy
- Conduct strategic business analysis and planning, communicating opportunities and performance metrics to senior leadership
- Manage all operational functions including opening and closing procedures, sales target achievement, and in-the-moment team coaching
- Recruit, develop, and manage store team performance in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Enforce company policies and procedures, lead Loss Prevention trainings, manage inventory controls including RFID systems, and direct payroll and scheduling strategies
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence through processing, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with brand vision
- Process and analyze data to optimize store performance and communicate strategic initiatives to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development and management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex issues in real-time
- Strong organizational and time management skills with friendliness and professional demeanor
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
