Calvin Klein seeks a full-time Sales Associate for the Florentia Village Outlet in Istanbul. Reporting directly to store management, the candidate will serve as a Brand Ambassador, guiding customers through the sales journey while building customer loyalty and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role requires strong retail experience, excellent customer service capabilities, and flexibility to work shift schedules, particularly weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, accompanying customers throughout the sales process and fostering customer loyalty
- Engage with an international customer base regarding PVH products and corporate values
- Employ effective sales techniques to achieve designated sales targets
- Maintain professional store culture and brand image representation
- Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment
- Ensure continuous adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Monitor sales floor inventory, replenish stock, and maintain full product and size assortments
