Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel media execution for Amazon channel products including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, Streaming TV, and Prime Video to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Manage media execution across Macy's Media Network to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Forecast budget allocation and manage pacing across campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and critical retail moments such as Prime Day and Black Friday
- Develop and execute testing strategies across bid tactics, ad placements, creative assets, and audience targeting to identify high-performing combinations
- Analyze key performance metrics and support broader analytics initiatives including MMM integration to measure cross-channel impact
- Stay current with Amazon Ads and Macy's platform trends and secure early access to beta features and new product releases
- Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and vendor partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery
- Collaborate with Calvin Klein's North American sales teams to align retail media strategy with revenue objectives and business goals
- Potentially manage additional retail media networks and supplementary growth marketing programs including Google, Meta, Pinterest, and affiliate channels
Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and scaling full-funnel media plans across Amazon and Macy's to meet revenue targets
- Proven track record managing Amazon Ads campaigns utilizing multiple platform products with direct, hands-on campaign management experience
- Hands-on experience managing Macy's Media Network campaigns
- Deep technical understanding of how Amazon Ads products integrate to drive performance and the ability to model attribution across these solutions
- Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, product marketing, data analytics, agencies, and sales organizations
- Experience with additional growth marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliate networks, and programmatic channels with demonstrated attribution and measurement capabilities
- Proficiency in communicating complex media strategies into clear, actionable plans with measurable business outcomes
