The Retail Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor at Calvin Klein, delivering a brand-aligned customer experience, driving daily sales, and supporting store operations under the Store Manager. Responsibilities include key holder opening and closing, real-time associate coaching, merchandise processing and replenishment, and visual presentation. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, initiate conversations that support sales, and build a connection with the brand.
• Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
• Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
• Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
• Process merchandise, restock, and remerchandise the sales floor in line with the brand’s vision.
• Support store operations and uphold brand standards and visual presentation.
• Promote pride, commitment, passion, inclusion, uniqueness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, organizational skills, and time-management skills.
• Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.90 to USD 25.15 per hour.
