Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Sales Associate to serve as Brand Ambassador in their Rome location, engaging with international clientele and driving sales within the luxury lifestyle retail environment. The role reports directly to store management and encompasses customer relationship management, sales achievement, visual merchandising support, and inventory oversight across all product sizes and assortments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing product details and articulating PVH and Calvin Klein brand values
- Apply effective sales techniques to achieve assigned targets and contribute to store-level performance metrics
- Embody the brand culture and image as an official Brand Ambassador
- Contribute to a professional and motivating workplace atmosphere through collaborative engagement
- Assist with the continuous maintenance and oversight of visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor
- Monitor and verify stock levels on the sales floor, replacing inventory as necessary to ensure complete product range and size availability
