Calvin Klein seeks a Sales Associate for part-time retail operations at the Roermond Outlet location. The candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, build professional client relationships, and serve as a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, creating outfit recommendations, authorizing discounts, maintaining store presentation and KPIs, and resolving customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attentive support
• Act as the first point of contact for discount authorization and customer query resolution
• Serve as a brand ambassador demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and aesthetic awareness
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Create outfit combinations and make targeted product recommendations tailored to customer preferences
• Assess customer needs and provide comprehensive assistance on product features and styling
• Drive store KPIs and identify opportunities for operational and sales improvement
• Maintain appropriate standards for shop floor and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
• Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions of colleagues
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain pace in a dynamic environment
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Solution-oriented approach with initiative and a 'can do' mentality

Skills

Experience

Previous track record in hospitality or retail environments demonstrating customer service excellence and sales acumen.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality certification is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 16.06 per hour.
