PVH is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for the Calvin Klein Jeans store in Oberhausen, Germany. The successful candidate will represent the premium lifestyle brand with professionalism and authenticity, delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst independently managing sales, customer relationships, visual merchandising support, and point-of-sale operations within a collaborative team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Calvin Klein brand as an ambassador, embodying the premium lifestyle positioning and company values
- Execute competent product consultation and sales of seasonal collections to customers in the premium segment
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular and new customers through professional, personalised service
- Work independently and collaboratively within the sales team to achieve store objectives
- Support the visual merchandising team in the presentation and merchandising of products throughout the store
- Perform cashier duties and manage customer complaints and returns with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Preferably previous experience in textile retail or premium retail environments
- High sales orientation and commercial instinct
- Strong personality with self-confidence and interpersonal skills
