Calvin Klein seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store service and drive brand excellence at the Battersea location. The role encompasses customer engagement, product recommendation, and store standards maintenance, with the successful candidate demonstrating strong retail or hospitality experience, authentic brand ambassadorship, and a collaborative approach to achieving store KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent, attentive service
- Serve as first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries
- Act as a brand ambassador with demonstrable in-depth product knowledge
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Provide outfit recommendations and additional product suggestions
- Assess customer needs and deliver tailored product information and assistance
- Drive store KPIs and contribute constructive ideas for improvement
- Maintain shop and stock room presentation, organisation and merchandising standards
