Sales Associate position at Calvin Klein's Clinton, Connecticut retail location, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst representing the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The role encompasses floor operations including merchandise processing, restocking, point-of-sale transactions, and visual presentation, all executed under the guidance of store management to maintain brand standards and drive business performance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in conversations designed to inspire sales and deepen brand connection
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate the brand's design philosophy and values to customers
• Process merchandise, restock inventory, operate point-of-sale systems, and maintain sales floor organisation in alignment with brand visual standards
• Maintain physical appearance and uphold Calvin Klein's brand presentation and merchandising guidelines
• Support store operations and administrative tasks as directed by Store Management to ensure smooth daily functioning

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds regularly
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required

Prior retail experience is preferred but training will be provided to candidates without existing experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.94 to USD 21.44 per hour.
