Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as expert consultant for assigned product categories (suiting, denim, underwear), delivering personalized styling advice and product combinations to customers

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure exceptional customer experience and achievement of store-wide targets
- Mentor junior associates and lead by example in demonstrating brand standards, professionalism, and excellence in customer service
