  • Conduct receipt reconciliation with merchant teams, identifying delivery risks and recommending inventory reflows or receipt chasing to support forecast accuracy
  • Present analytical insights and action points to cross-functional teams and senior management, building business cases and gaining consensus on strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with visual, marketing, field organization, and finance teams to ensure execution of pricing, flow, and assortment strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of merchandise planning experience in retail or fashion
  • 5 or more years of total work experience in merchandising, planning, or related functions
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with planning and allocation systems and Microsoft Windows applications
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex data and recommendations in an organized, compelling manner
