Calvin Klein internship: Marketing & Communications Assistant in Paris for 6 months. Support brand strategy and PR initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with press office and headquarters to manage media coverage opportunities and press requests
- Develop and implement influencer strategy including profile validation, shipment tracking, and impact analysis
- Organize press events including press days and collection selection
- Translate and adapt collection materials and marketing copy
- Manage press samples and gifting logistics: coordination, inventory, and distribution
- Maintain brand integrity across all partner sites by updating marketing assets within prescribed timelines
- Support seasonal marketing plan implementation including digital activations and in-store initiatives with retail and pure-play digital partners
- Generate post-activation reporting and performance analysis
- Create internal communications editorial calendar, write articles, and manage team communications
- Produce PowerPoint presentations for marketing and strategic initiatives
- Track and update project management systems including Asana
- Assist with additional projects as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional experience in marketing, communications, or PR within a fashion or luxury brand environment (agency or client-side)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Flawless French writing with demonstrated strong editorial skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with PR tools including Lefty and Launchmetrics
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Photoshop (preferred)
- Valid internship agreement required

Minimum 6 months of professional experience in marketing, communications, or public relations within the fashion or luxury sector, either in an agency or brand-side capacity.

Current student with valid internship agreement (convention de stage) required.
