Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee full development of social-first creative programming including creative pitches, treatments, talent briefs, crew selection, on-set direction, post-production oversight, and asset quality assurance
  • Execute real-time design and production of social-first assets by channel, including video, static imagery, graphic treatments, and dynamic creative
  • Lead and participate in on-set campaigns and initiatives as creative director, supporting and directing select photo and video shoots
  • Prepare and manage retouching and post-production needs across all projects
  • Partner closely with Social Media Strategy team to develop and execute compelling creative content, series, and storytelling aligned with brand identity and departmental KPIs
  • Collaborate with Social Media Strategy to brainstorm campaign and always-on content strategies tailored to editorial calendars and emerging best practices
  • Continuously research design trends, innovation in creative and social media fields, and emerging technologies to pitch new ideas informed by cultural trends and KPI impact
  • Participate in internal meetings and manage relationships with external vendors including agencies, content crews, and post-production partners
  • Present and communicate creative concepts with all key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Integrated Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Fashion Office, and Production teams to plan, brief, and adjust social media content

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of social media content creation experience in-house or at an agency
  • Fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industry experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Superior understanding of Calvin Klein's advertising history and current brand platform
  • Exceptional skill in storytelling through short- and long-form video formats, image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color
  • In-depth proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • On-set and live event art direction experience required
  • Comfortable and confident directing and interviewing high-profile talent
  • Well-rounded video and design experience across all social media channels
  • Deep knowledge of all critical global and regional social media platforms and ability to keep pace with evolving trends
  • Expertise in social creative trends, out-of-the-box executions, trending talent, and innovative creative partners
