Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection and documentation of product features and benefits for seasonal collections
- Perform weekly website copy and filter quality assurance reviews
- Monitor and adjust copy discrepancies identified through internal reviews or customer service feedback
- Edit product description copy to align with photography updates and stock changes
- Organize and upload romance and bullet copy for product detail pages
- Attach filters to new styles during copy upload processes
- Partner with the copywriter to ensure consistent alignment of tone and voice across CK.com
- Write SEO copy for product categories across the website
- Monitor and maintain the Launch Tracker daily, writing and uploading copy for outstanding styles in a timely manner
- Support the copywriter in developing and revising copy points for wholesale teams
- Author clear and concise product description copy for the digital storefront
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in copywriting within a paid role, unpaid internship, or similar environment
- Demonstrated ability to read and write English fluently
- Outstanding attention to detail in written and oral communications
- Experience creating copy for a luxury brand or product story across digital channels (email, social media, banners, product copy, digital headlines and features) is preferred
- Content Management Systems knowledge is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel recommended
