Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at its Wrentham retail location. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a passion for brand representation, driving daily sales goals while mentoring associates and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include opening and closing store operations, coaching team members in real-time, and contributing to overall store success under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging brand storytelling and consultative selling techniques
• Lead daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and key holder responsibilities
• Drive sales performance and achievement of store targets while coaching associates on sales techniques
• Mentor and support retail associates in real-time, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards through processing, restocking, and remerchandising aligned with brand vision
• Embody the Calvin Klein brand through product knowledge, styling expertise, and professional conduct
• Support Store Manager in executing operational and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build team cohesion
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23.50 per hour.
