Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, sparking meaningful conversations that inspire sales and brand loyalty
- Execute opening and closing procedures as a key holder, maintaining store security and readiness
- Drive daily sales performance targets and coach retail associates in real-time on the sales floor

- Support Store Manager in delivering an exceptional, inclusive store experience and team environment
- Execute behind-the-scenes operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning

Qualifications
- Prior retail team leadership and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
