Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead retail sales operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The Floor Supervisor will serve as key holder, opening and closing the store, driving daily sales goals, coaching retail associates, and managing visual merchandising and inventory tasks. This role combines frontline customer engagement with operational leadership to maintain brand standards and support store profitability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build brand loyalty through engaging product conversations
- Serve as key holder with responsibility for opening and closing store operations
- Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to meet store targets
- Manage visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising to align with brand vision
- Support store management team in delivering operational excellence and maintaining brand standards
- Resolve customer and operational issues independently and in the moment
- Lead by example, promoting inclusion, teamwork, and commitment to shared company values
Qualifications
- Prior retail leadership and key holder experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly demeanor with genuine passion for customer service
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays

Education
