Calvin Klein seeks a full-time Floor Supervisor to lead store opening and closing, drive sales, coach associates, support store management, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role also encompasses brand representation and sales-floor processing, restocking, and remerchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, spark conversations that inspire sales, and build brand connection.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance, coach associates in real time, and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent Calvin Klein and its fashion to customers, building lasting brand affinity.
- Process, restock, and remerchandise the sales floor in alignment with the brand’s vision.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers while embracing individuality, inclusion, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
