The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor at a Calvin Klein retail location, delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding the brand's minimalist aesthetic and visual standards. This full-time leadership role encompasses opening and closing store operations, driving daily sales performance, coaching associates, processing inventory, and maintaining a motivating team environment under the Store Manager's guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, fostering meaningful connections that inspire sales and brand loyalty
- Assume key holder duties, overseeing store opening and closing procedures and operational security
- Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to achieve business objectives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Calvin Klein's brand vision through restocking, processing, and display curation
- Support the management team in delivering exceptional store operations and guest experiences
- Demonstrate brand knowledge and serve as a Calvin Klein ambassador to customers and team members
- Manage physical tasks including inventory handling, restocking, and merchandising on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader experience with key holder responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues in real-time
