Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience reflecting the brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic. This part-time role involves driving daily sales goals, coaching associates in real-time, managing opening and closing procedures as a key holder, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with genuine brand enthusiasm and inspire sales while building lasting brand connections
- Take ownership of store opening and closing procedures as a key holder and drive daily sales performance
- Provide real-time coaching and support to associates while creating a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Execute visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising tasks in alignment with brand vision and standards
- Support store management team in delivering exceptional operational and customer experiences
- Process inventory, maintain visual displays, and ensure compliance with Calvin Klein brand standards
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
