Calvin Klein is hiring a full-time Floor Supervisor in Rosemont, Illinois, to lead sales-floor performance, customer experience, and daily store operations as a key holder and leader on duty. The role includes opening and closing the store, coaching associates, supporting visual standards, and helping foster an inclusive team environment; pay is $18.00–$23.50, with the specific amount determined by factors including qualifications and geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming customer experience, initiate conversations that support sales, and build brand connection.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent the brand and its fashion, building customer loyalty.
- Process, restock, and remerchandise the sales floor in line with brand vision and standards.
- Support store operations and uphold brand standards and visuals.
- Help create a motivating, inclusive team environment and demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization, and time management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
