Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and drive brand excellence at the Riverhead, NY retail location. The successful candidate will mentor associates, manage daily sales goals, oversee store operations including opening and closing responsibilities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic. This full-time position requires a retail leader with proven supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain visual merchandising standards while fostering an inclusive team environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations and drive achievement of store sales targets
• Mentor and coach retail associates in real-time, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Open and close the store as key holder, ensuring adherence to operational protocols
• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that reflect Calvin Klein's brand values and aesthetic
• Process, restock, and remerchandise merchandise in alignment with brand visual standards
• Support store management team in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• Resolve customer and associate issues in the moment with professionalism and discretion
• Communicate brand knowledge and product attributes to inspire customer purchases

Qualifications

• Prior retail supervisory or team leader experience with key holder responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in customer service and sales
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Education
