Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor at its Prince William, VA retail location and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions by delivering a genuine welcome, sparking meaningful conversations that inspire sales and strengthen brand connection
- Execute opening and closing procedures as a key holder, ensuring operational excellence and security
- Drive daily sales performance and achieve store targets through strategic floor management and team motivation
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time, providing feedback and guidance to maintain service standards
