Calvin Klein is hiring a full-time Floor Supervisor in Orlando, Florida, to lead the sales floor, drive sales, deliver a brand-aligned customer experience, and support store operations as a key holder and leader on duty. The role includes coaching associates, maintaining visual standards and fostering an inclusive team environment; flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with a welcoming approach, initiate conversations that encourage sales and strengthen brand connection, and deliver a customer experience aligned with Calvin Klein’s brand perspective.
- Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and sales performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers, building lasting customer affinity.
- Process, restock and remerchandise products in alignment with brand vision and visual standards.
- Support store operations and contribute to the store’s overall business success and brand standards under the Store Manager’s guidance.
