Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in alignment with the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The role combines frontline customer engagement, team leadership, and operational responsibilities—including opening and closing duties, coaching associates in real-time, and driving daily sales performance. The candidate will maintain visual merchandising standards, process inventory, and cultivate an inclusive team environment while representing the brand's values to customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with genuine engagement, sparking conversation that drives sales and builds brand connection
• Open and close the store as a key holder, managing security and operational readiness
• Coach and support associates in real-time to achieve sales targets and maintain customer service excellence
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking, remerchandising, and processing inventory in alignment with brand vision
• Drive daily sales goals and monitor performance metrics under the guidance of the Store Manager
• Support the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment that reflects the brand's values
• Resolve operational issues promptly and support the management team in delivering an exceptional in-store experience

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management or customer service training preferred but not required.
