Calvin Klein Floor Supervisor Full-Time Position in Orlando, FL – Lead retail sales floor operations and team at Chelsea Mall location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions with authenticity and product knowledge to drive sales and build brand affinity
- Open and close the store as key holder, ensuring security and operational readiness
- Coach associates in real-time on sales techniques, customer service standards, and brand representation
- Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics while supporting the management team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, process inventory, restock, and remerchandise in alignment with brand vision
- Resolve operational issues independently and escalate complex matters to Store Manager
- Foster an inclusive, motivating team environment that celebrates diversity and collaboration
- Execute all behind-the-scenes duties required to maintain smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Friendly demeanor with ability to energize customer interactions
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
