Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive daily sales goals while upholding the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The successful candidate will function as a key holder, supervise associate coaching in real-time, oversee opening and closing procedures, and maintain brand standards through visual merchandising and operational excellence. This is a full-time position based in Orange, CA, offering a competitive pay range of $19.90–$25.15 hourly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive performance against established targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and engage in meaningful brand conversations that inspire loyalty
- Open and close the store as a key holder, managing security and operational protocols
- Coach and support associate performance in real-time, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Execute visual merchandising, product restocking, and remerchandising aligned with Calvin Klein's brand vision
- Maintain brand standards and communicate the designer's minimalist and sensual aesthetic to customers
- Support store management in delivering comprehensive operational and service excellence
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues independently
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to maintain high-energy engagement around shared values and brand goals
- Physical capacity to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Experience in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
Education
