Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor in Norfolk, Virginia, to lead customer experience and daily sales, serve as key holder, coach associates, support store operations and maintain brand and visual standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and initiate conversations that encourage sales and strengthen their connection to the brand.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and sales performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand identity to customers.
- Process merchandise, restock and remerchandise the sales floor in line with the brand’s vision.
- Support store operations and uphold brand standards and visual presentation.
